Fees.—The fee of five thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of twenty-five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the State Board by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form VIII; and the State Board shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within seven days of its receipt.
