Intimation of change.—Every trustee of a family settlement shall intimate to the District Registrar, in Form II and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
