Maintenance of premises.—Every civil defence volunteer shall keep the premises where service as a civil defence volunteer is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every warning kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with service as a civil defence volunteer, and shall furnish to the National Executive Committee in Form C, within three days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
