Intimation of change.—Every hostel for students of Scheduled Castes shall intimate to the State Commissioner, in Form III and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
