Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any co-developer dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Board of Approval in Form ANF-5A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every goods then held; and the Board of Approval shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
