Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the co-developer shall apply to the Board of Approval in Form FC-4 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Board of Approval shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
