Surrender of certificate.—Every landholder who ceases to carry on the cultivation of land shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Rehabilitation Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 4 of the manner in which every notice of acquisition held by him has been disposed of.
