Surrender of certificate.—Every trustee of a family settlement who ceases to carry on the administration of a family settlement shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every will held by him has been disposed of.
