Surrender of certificate.—Every sanitation contractor who ceases to carry on the engagement of sanitation workers shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Trust in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every register of beneficiaries held by him has been disposed of.
