Surrender of certificate.—Every co-operative bank who ceases to carry on the business of a co-operative bank shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Moneylenders in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every advance held by him has been disposed of.
