Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the lessee of a village fishery shall apply to the Director of Panchayats in Form 5 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Director of Panchayats shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
