Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in the custody of the Aerodrome Inspector, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority; and where the Aerodrome Inspector having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form CA-8 within fifteen days of the succession.
