Surrender of certificate.—Every limited liability partnership who ceases to carry on the business of a limited liability partnership shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ADT-1 of the manner in which every resolution held by him has been disposed of.
