Surrender of certificate.—Every importer of liquor who ceases to carry on the import of liquor into the State shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Excise Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every sample held by him has been disposed of.
