Application for registration.—Every recognised agent carrying on the representation of parties as a recognised agent shall make an application for registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form E, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every court fee stamp held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
