Surrender of certificate.—Every recognised agent who ceases to carry on the representation of parties as a recognised agent shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every decree held by him has been disposed of.
