Conditions of registration.—Every recognised agent shall carry on the representation of parties as a recognised agent only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every register of suits in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such register of suits for inspection on request by the Superintendent of the Copying Department, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
