Application for registration.—Every manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of drugs shall make an application for registration to the Director of Health Services in Form 21, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
