Surrender of certificate.—Every creditor who ceases to carry on the recovery of debts shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Director in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CHG-1 of the manner in which every resolution held by him has been disposed of.
