Intimation of change.—Every importer of drugs shall intimate to the State Medical Council, in Form 21 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Medical Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
