Rule 8, Goa Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2006 [SEM-ZFN]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the sand mining permit holder shall apply to the Director of Mines and Geology in Form J for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Director of Mines and Geology shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three hundred and sixty-five days of the application.
