Application for registration.—Every contractor for catering carrying on the provision of catering on a railway shall make an application for registration to the Commissioner of Railway Safety in Form C, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every advertisement board held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
