Rule 20, Karnataka Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Forms) Rules, 2006 [SEM-XCV]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the central recordkeeping agency shall apply to the Board of Trustees in Form 19 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Board of Trustees shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
