Safe custody.—Every central recordkeeping agency shall keep every pension payment order to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the keeping of records of subscribers is carried on, shall record in Form 13 the description of every pension payment order so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Board of Trustees within twenty-one days of the close of each year.
