Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a public assembly who ceases to carry on the holding of a public assembly shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every seized article held by him has been disposed of.
