Surrender of certificate.—Every member who ceases to carry on membership of a society shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every society held by him has been disposed of.
