Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the carrier shall apply to the Registrar of Warehouses in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Registrar of Warehouses shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
