Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the water user association shall apply to the Irrigation Authority in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Irrigation Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
