Conditions of registration.—Every operator of a metro railway shall carry on the working of a metro railway only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every register of consignments in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such register of consignments for inspection on request by the Goods Supervisor, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
