Surrender of certificate.—Every importer of pre-packaged commodities who ceases to carry on the import of pre-packaged commodities shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every standard held by him has been disposed of.
