Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a cruise vessel dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Assam in Form 7, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every survey certificate then held; and the Government of Assam shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
