Application for registration.—Every employee carrying on membership of the Fund shall make an application for registration to the Recovery Officer in Form 10, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every remittance challan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
