Surrender of certificate.—Every institution who ceases to carry on the running of an institution shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Education Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every recognition held by him has been disposed of.
