Rule 23, Delhi Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Licensing) Rules, 2006 [SEM-B5V]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the assessee shall apply to the Appellate Tribunal in Form 35 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
