Surrender of certificate.—Every felling contractor who ceases to carry on the felling of trees shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Wild Life Warden in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every waste manifest held by him has been disposed of.
