Surrender of certificate.—Every cabin crew member who ceases to carry on service as cabin crew shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-3 of the manner in which every certificate of airworthiness held by him has been disposed of.
