Application for registration.—Every auctioneer carrying on the sale of property by auction shall make an application for registration to the Inspector General of Registration in Form F, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every adjudication held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
