Intimation of change.—Every auctioneer shall intimate to the Inspector General of Registration, in Form D and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Inspector General of Registration shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five rupees.
