Surrender of certificate.—Every firm who ceases to carry on the business of a firm shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Warehouses in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every account of sales held by him has been disposed of.
