Application for registration.—Every credit rating agency carrying on the rating of securities shall make an application for registration to the Investor Protection Fund Trust in Form D, within sixty days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every research report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
