Surrender of certificate.—Every credit rating agency who ceases to carry on the rating of securities shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Investor Protection Fund Trust in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every order held by him has been disposed of.
