Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these regulations shall be kept at the office of the Investor Protection Fund Trust in the custody of the adjudicating officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Investor Protection Fund Trust; and where the adjudicating officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form A within sixty days of the succession.
