Safe custody.—Every credit rating agency shall keep every research report to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the rating of securities is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every research report so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Investor Protection Fund Trust within seven days of the close of each year.
