Conditions of registration.—Every owner of a saw mill shall carry on the running of a saw mill only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every plastic packaging in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such plastic packaging for inspection on request by the Assistant Conservator of Forests, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
