Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a critical facility who ceases to carry on the operation of a critical facility shall, within one day of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Relief Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every shelter held by him has been disposed of.
