Safe custody.—Every debenture trustee shall keep every certificate of incorporation to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the protection of the interests of debenture holders is carried on, shall record in Form CHG-1 the description of every certificate of incorporation so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Tribunal within forty-five days of the close of each year.
