Application for registration.—Every copyright society carrying on the administration of rights by a copyright society shall make an application for registration to the Controller in Form TM-A, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of eight thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of registration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
