Surrender of certificate.—Every copyright society who ceases to carry on the administration of rights by a copyright society shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Controller in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form TM-A of the manner in which every work held by him has been disposed of.
