Application for registration.—Every sponsor of a visa applicant carrying on the sponsoring of a visa applicant shall make an application for registration to the Protector of Emigrants in Form B, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every visa held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
