Surrender of certificate.—Every sponsor of a visa applicant who ceases to carry on the sponsoring of a visa applicant shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Protector of Emigrants in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form S of the manner in which every visa held by him has been disposed of.
